优才教育成立于2014年2月，是一家由北京市培训界30多位名师发起成立的一家高端教育机构，致力于中小学课外培训、私立幼儿园及中小学教育的综合性教育企业，目前分为小学理科事业部、中学理科事业部、语文事业部、英语事业部、1对1事业部、幼教事业部，为2-18岁学生提供全方位、全产业链的教育产品服务。优才师资力量强大，从业教师90%以上毕业于985高校。优才教育经过多年的发展，目前在北京市拥有5个教学部和5家全日制幼儿园，教职员工500余人，是北京市首批义务教育阶段校外培训“白名单”机构之一。
【招聘岗位】 英语教师
【教师岗位职责】
１ 完成对学生的授课任务；
２ 按时参加教研活动，互助交流学习；
３ 配合招生部门安排的活动和市场推广活动；
４ 建立并逐步丰富学科题库；
５ 不定时与所授班级的家长进行沟通；
６ 做好学生的续班工作；
７ 领导交办的其他事情。
【任职要求】
（1）教育背景：本科及以上学历，应届毕业生或往届生皆可。
（2）能力要求：具有一颗认真负责的心，喜欢孩子，能用心呵护孩子。
（3）语言要求：普通话标准，语言表达流畅。
【薪资待遇】
（1）岗位基本工资+课时费，年薪30W起

Your qualities:
1. Bachelor degree or above English related majors are preferred
(The world is so big the ones who have seen it are preferred. )
2. English teacher qualification certificate.
(Basic requirements without any discounts.)
3. Be passionate creative attractive and positive .
4. Standard Mandarin.
(Like clearly distinguish between "L" and “N" .)
5. Standard English pronunciation.
(Instead of the London accent with the northeast dialect. )
6. Eminently talented and profoundly knowledgeable.

Your working time:
1. Work at 9:00-18:00 from Tuesday to Saturday and rest from Sunday to Monday ;
2. According to the requirements of the Double Reduction policy extracurricular training is only conducted in the evening from Monday to Friday;
