key duties and responsibilities:
1. handling curriculum and course related
matters;
2. handling routine students’consultation and applications;
3. providing secretarial support to some
committees;
4. liaising with registry office, schools
and other university’s departments;
5. undertaking other duties assigned by
the supervisor.
qualifications and requirements:
1. bachelor degree or higher, preferably
with relevant working experience;
2. strong communication and interpersonal
skill;
3. a good command of both written and
spoken english and chinese, be familiar with microsoft office (word, excel,
powerpoint, etc.);
4. a strong sense of responsibility and
initiative;
5. proactive, able to work independently
and as part of a team.
6. candidate with more experience will be
considered for the rank of executive officer.
salary and benefits
salary will be competitive, commensurate
with qualifications and experience. appointments will be made under the
establishment of cuhk-sz and statutory benefits will be provided according to
the prevailing labor laws applicable in the prc. the appointee will be based at
the university campus in shenzhen, prc.
